iSurvellianz is the brain child of Jaisal Shah. Born Deaf but qualified Engineer. While working in the manufacturing sector and marketing sector, he was constantly driven by the concern of his other Deaf fellow members and finding gainful employment for this community.

Having studied the areas of surveillance needs, its suitability and complimentary skills to deaf people, he has developed this organization now serving to wide range of business sectors.

Being techno Savvy himself, he has developed unique software to enhance human skills in the field of Surveillance.
